Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These terms govern your use of wozen.com.au (the “site”) and the services provided by Wozen (“Wozen”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
Wozen is an Australian software and AI studio. The site describes what we do; it is general information, not an offer or advice. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, fees and timelines, which prevails over the site if they differ.
Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt or damage the site or its infrastructure.
- Copy, scrape or reuse site content beyond normal browsing without our permission.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the site — text, design, graphics, code and logos — is owned by or licensed to Wozen and protected by law. Ownership of work we build for clients is dealt with in the relevant project agreement.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it accurate and available, we make no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Outcomes described on the site are examples, not guarantees.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wozen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
